Deltech Furnaces provides furnaces with cubic, octagonal and square bottom loading workspaces that are fitted with pneumatic or electric lift systems for easy loading to suit your applications. To support convection cooling without needing fans, we use impact-resistant fiberboard for the furnace’s exterior. The fiberboard also helps to keep the outside of the furnace cool, which in turn enhances operator safety.
We offer “fast fire” options should your process require accelerated ramp rates. Available for both lab scale and production size bottom load furnaces, choose this option to increase ramp rates to as high as 1000 degrees celsius per hour.

Deltech Furnaces’ control systems are UL508A compliant and are certified by Intertek. Our safety features include door interlocks, an emergency stop button, isolation switches and a safety relay, but there is an option to add other controls for temperature control and remote access.
