One of Deltech’s newest projects was the design and build of a custom positive pressure furnace for the National High Magnetics Laboratory at Florida State University.
We design and manufacture lab and production scale resistance heated furnace systems for materials science researchers, petrologists, and glass and other ceramic manufacturers around the world.
We work with our customers to design one-of-a-kind systems. Our competitors claim to offer custom solutions, but often those are just tweaks on their standard designs.
We offer the highest quality products featuring the best technologies. Our control systems are certified by Intertek UL 508A compliant, we are ISO 9001:2015 certified, and we have an ASME NQA-1:2008 compliant program in place. Most recently, we added hazardous location certifications to our capabilities. We can now design and manufacture systems meeting NFPA 86, UL 1203, and C1D2 (groups G&D) requirements.
Let us work with you to design and build the optimal solution for your process requirements, no matter how challenging.
Deltech Furnaces are in use around the world in government labs, corporate R&D labs, manufacturing plants, and universities. We are proud of contributing in an auxiliary way to the many exciting projects in which the engineers and scientists who approach Deltech are involved. Among the many valued partners we support, here are just a few of the well-known domestic institutions that trust us in their work: Alfred University, Battelle Pacific, Coors Tek, the Colorado School of Mines, Corning, G.E. Aviation, Johns Hopkins, NASA-JPL, ORNL, Raytheon, Schott.
As an organization, we strive to contribute to the scientific communities we serve as well as the people in our Colorado home.
In service to the materials and ceramic engineering communities, Deltech is a Corporate Member of the American Ceramic Society and the Manufacturing and Energy Materials and Systems divisions. Our engineers are members of the Society’s Colorado section.
Our corporation is also a member of ETEBA, the Energy, Technology, and Environmental Business Association.
We strongly believe in the power of education to change lives and improve the future. In support of students, Deltech Furnaces has contributed to the Glass and Ceramic Industry Foundation of the American Ceramic Society, established a scholarship endowment in honor of our founder for the Materials and Metallurgy Department at Montana Tech, and gifted some furnaces to various materials and ceramic engineering departments.
Locally, we provide financial support to the Coors Tech Family Foundation and Food for Hope.
