High-temperature operations necessitate alumina tubes, albeit susceptible to thermal shock. The smaller the process tube’s diameter, the more advantageous it proves. 

For instance, we fabricate tube furnaces catering to temperatures reaching 2,000 degrees centigrade, spanning vertical and horizontal models – versatile combinations. Optional water-cooled end caps and gas mixing systems serve to enhance functionalities.

For extreme temperatures at 3,600 degrees Fahrenheit, zirconia tubes become imperative.
