If you are an existing Deltech customer or thinking of becoming one, you want to know that we are here when you need us, whether that’s for a furnace, spare parts, or troubleshooting and technical assistance. For now, it is business as usual…almost! We are glad to report that Deltech Furnaces remains completely operational and we do not anticipate any changes in our ability to respond to all your furnace and spare parts requirements. As a part of the “critical manufacturing” supply chain, we expect to be fully functioning even should a “shelter in place” order come from our Colorado governor or the federal government. So what have we been doing to make that happen?

• For weeks we have been diligently taking steps to make sure that our supply of necessary materials and components will continue without interruption. This includes maintaining continuous contact with our suppliers and ensuring that we have at least two suppliers for every critical item.
• Maintaining close tabs on our subcontractors to make sure that they will be able to deliver in spec and on time.
• We reviewed an updated our disaster plan and made sure that every employee has the current information.
• Reviewed and updated our emergency call list. It’s so important for supervisors to be able to reach employees and employees to be able to reach supervisors.
• We continue to give our employees regular updates on the status of the company,
• We continue to give our employees health and wellness reminders to  social distance  and wash hands frequently. Yes, these reminders are all over the media 24/7, but given that we are living with a pandemic, they bear repeating.
• We are doing our best to make sure our employees have the personal protective equipment (PPE) they need while not removing items critical to the health care industry from the supply chain.
• We are putting the technology in place to allow employees who can work from home to be able to do so. And we are encouraging everyone who has this option to use it to stay home and stay safe.
• We are preparing to honor the “Families First Coronavirus Response Act”, (FFCRA), finding both the financial and staffing resources to help our employees care for their families while fulfilling customer on-time delivery requirements.
