Deltech Furnaces QMS recertified for ISO 9001:2015 

Deltech Inc. (Deltech Furnaces) QMS (Quality Management System) was recently re-certified as meeting the strict standards required of an ISO 9001- 2015 manufacturer. The re-certification was attained after a detailed audit was conducted by an independent certification registrar from Platinum Registration. Audits are held annually, with an extensive review of our policies, procedures, practices, and record keeping conducted every three years.

Deltech has developed a Quality Management System that delivers consistent and reliable quality products. Implementing these standards drives efficiency and effectiveness of the company operations. Extensive training and implementation of the quality process has ensured this product reliability. Deltech is a metrics driven company, measuring on-time service, product performance, and customer satisfaction. This is the seventh year in a row for Deltech ISO certification, which is a testimonial to our high level of commitment to an exceptional quality management system.

Our Quality Management system is integrated into every facet of our operations: administration, sales, purchasing, receiving, engineering, and production. Everyone has been trained to apply our quality standards to their particular responsibilities. In addition, we all have an overall view of how quality standards and the quest for continuous improvement impact our products and our organization as a whole. We conduct regular assessments of our operations coupled with brainstorming sessions aimed at improving our products and processes. These assessments involve every member of our staff. Our dedicated Quality Manager oversees every aspect of our quality control related activities. These activities and oversight ensure that our Quality Management System continues to be an integral part of how we do business.

You might not immediately think of environmental health and safety as being associated with quality control. But Deltech Furnaces sees our EHS program as being just as integral to all of our operations as is our quality program.
